one star unfortunately I called that morning from California to make sure she received the deluxe arrangement that I had paid for with a balloon. She said that the flowers are already dying and the balloon is drooping after two days..I am confused cause foil balloons last weeks..the gentlemen I spoke with this last Tuesday that they just received their shipment from Florida. That made me happy cause I realized the flowers would be really fresh..I am disappointed and feel bad for her.tried to lift her spirits after her bad fall..
